Hi! My essay topic is on International Human Resource Management and my essay question is “What are the most important factors in the selection decision of expatriates?”. Some explanations about the essay question: 1- It’s about how HR decides to select expatriates. Expatriates, in this essay, refers to those being expatriated overseas to work. (ie. a NZ company expanding overseas and they expatriate NZ’ers and “third country nationals” to work there).
