Task 2 – The Business Case
This assessment activity is a written assignment, equivalent to around 2,400 words. The essay should address the following questions:
- What is the purpose of a Business Case?
- What should / should not be included in a Business Case? Why?
- For whom is a Business Case written? Why?
- What makes a good Business Case?
- Should a Business Case be written for a project that will use an Agile PM methodology? Why / why not?
In addressing these questions you must draw on academic and business resources and use proper referencing to acknowledge your sources.
