Case scenario
A man in his late 20s based in wheelchair cannot see and cannot move.
His wife and a two years old child left him with his parents and siblings.
A severe car accident damaged the lower part of his body and
seeability.
Due to the series of needs he needs 24/7 service from care companies.
However, since he is a chain smoker no care staff would like to
accompany him in his room.
