Template for the Assessment 3: Presentation on Sustainable Marketing
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) specified the following 17 issues
concerning with sustainability. Choose one of the following issues and do your research to
explore the extent to which the organisation that you are working on contributing to the
particular sustainability topic area with regards to their sustainable marketing practices:
1. No poverty;
2. Zero hunger;
3. Good wealth and wellbeing;
4. Quality education;
5. Gender equality;
6. Clean water and sanitation;
7. Affordable and clean energy;
8. Decent work and economic growth;
9. Industry innovation and infrastructure;
10. Reduced inequalities;
11. Sustainable cities and communities;
12. Responsible consumption and production;
13. Climate action;
14. Life below water;
15. Life on land;
16. Peace, justice and strong institutions; and
17. Partnerships for the goals.

Structure of the presentation:
Prepare the presentation with a maximum of 10 slides. The presentation might be structured in
the following ways:
Slide 1 should include – topic of the presentation (e.g., Combating environmental pollution: A
sustainable business model of……), student’s detail (name, ID etc.), name of programme,
campus name and university name.
Slide 2 should entice the background of the organisation as well as the background of
sustainability issue chosen.
Slide 3 should provide a review of your chosen organisation’s policies and practices of
sustainability.
Slide 4 and 5 should provide a succinct review of sustainability literature/theories and chose
appropriate framework (s) to critically review the organisation’s sustainability practices in the
given topic area.
Slide 6 should review the sustainable marketing principles, that is, consumer-oriented
marketing, customer-value marketing, innovative marketing, sense of mission marketing, and
societal marketing.
Slide 7 entice your recommendations for the senior management of the organisation to further
the sustainability performance or integrate sustainability agenda in devising future marketing
strategies.
Slide 8 articulate potential benefits or contributions of sustainable marketing practices to the
organisation’s bottom line (i.e., economic/financial performance).
Slide 9 provide a conclusion of the presentation by highlighting the key/major finding (s) and
articulating their strategic implications for the organisation.
Slide 10 should provide a list of references. Please note, you MUST provide reference both
within the slides following the in text citation style as well as a complete/full reference in the
last slide.
