Organizational change

Discussion Topic: As a Class, discuss how organizational change in the NY City Police Department was achieved when Chief Bratton became the Police Commissioner and CompStat was implemented. Using the text and this week’s supplemental readings, each student’s initial post should minimally identify one important item that helped in that organizational change as well as explaining how that item is directly related to an identified and named course concept or principle.
