Essay Question
Research suggests that a key component of leadership is being emotionally connected to
others and understanding how emotions affect working relationships and performance.
Some suggest that leaders who are more expressive and can read emotions of others are
more influential than leaders without these skills.
Do you agree? Why or why not? In your response, please use example of leaders to support
your arguments.
In your essay you are required to:
