Would the activity be work related or social?

In what ways would the activity benefit team effectiveness?

How can the manager use the activity to encourage creative and critical thinking?

Can the activity be used when working from home?

How would the manager be able to utilise this for feedback purposes?

Research Research ways to review and measure team effectiveness.

Which methods work best? How can you analyse the team’s ability to meet goals and objectives? How much feedback is necessary? Take notes to share in class.
