organizational vision, mission and values to each of these staff? What media and style of speaking or writing
would you recommend?
3. Based on the business’s values and standards, state the expectations of Yasmine and Jonathon as individuals.
4. How would you communicate the vision, mission and values to whole work teams or groups? What media and
what type of speaking or writing would be suitable?
5. Having investigated this conflict, you find out that Yasmine does have a heavy workload but that she is also
dismissive of Jonathon’s needs. Refer to the Conflict Management Policy and identify the steps you would take to
manage the conflict?
6. Having opened a discussion and followed the conflict management policy, suggest a change to the workplace
procedures such that both Yasmine and Jonathon might continue in their roles in a more cooperative, satisfying
way.
