Consider the refurbishment/renovation from different perspectives and present and analyse those considerations in relation to the concepts of â€˜Asset Managementâ€™ we have been studying. 2. Must be presented in report format, of no more than 2000 words in length (Â±10%). 3. Reports must be uploaded through the WB Learning Portal. No email or hard copies will be accepted. 4. The report will be due on Sunday of Week 12 5. A minimum of 10 references (minimum 6 academic & minimum 4 other sources), using intext referencing and a reference list must be utilised for this task. References to â€˜wikipediaâ€™ or to similar unsubstantiated sources will not be accepted. Follow the Harvard referencing system. 6. Any detection of plagiarism will lead to an immediate fail grade in the task, and possible exclusion from the subject. 7. In the event of serious illness or unusual circumstances, a student may apply for Special Consideration in accordance with the rules and regulations governing this application, but it is important that such requests be made as soon as the circumstance is known. 8.
