PROJECT NAME – Development of Aerocity 1) TIME PERIOD : December 2011 to June 2012 a) Date of start of project : December 2011 b) Date of Completion of project : June 2012 2) LOCATION OF THE PROJECT : Sector 68 and 68A, Chandigarh. 3) YOUR ROLE & DESIGNATION DURING THE TIME Civil Site Engineer construction of gully chambers, laying of kerbs and finishing works designed and planed according to budget and on time investigated the site, analyzed the sand, predicted environmental effects and consulted local people. collected drawings of site and started the work after understanding them 4) NAME OF THE ORGANISATION : Larsen and Toubro Limited. a) OBJECTIVE : This project is the development of aerocity from Sector 68 and 68A of city Chandigarh located in Punjab State of northern India. Many agencies which develop the Sectors, bided for this project and at last the tender committee held M/s Larsen and Toubro Limited responsible for the development of that Sector. The project cost was about 287.00 Crores INR. The land measuring was about 800 acres (approximate) on both sides of the approach roads of the International Airport. About 5000 residential plots were planned in the Aerocity. b) THE NEED : Development of Aerocity c) THE TEAM :Larsen and Toubro Limited PROJECT NAME – Autocad and Staad Pro 1) TIME PERIOD : June 2012 to August 2012 a) Date of start of project : June 2012 b) Date of Completion of project : August 2012 2) LOCATION OF THE PROJECT : Cad Centre, Jalandhar 3) YOUR ROLE & DESIGNATION DURING THE TIME Civil Engineer designing a building in Jalandhar city of Punjab State in Northern India framing of structure, locate loading, select loading, select types of foundation, trouble shoot problem when performing structure design, carryout detailing from design data, designed the building calculated the steel and other material quantities Layout of bulding estimated the cost. 4) NAME OF THE ORGANISATION : Autodesk and Bentley a) OBJECTIVE : This was the project of designing a building in Jalandhar city of Punjab State in Northern India. At that time I took classes of Auto cad and staad pro to learn how to design the building, bridges against the forces and retain them safety for use. Structural Civil Engineers work with architects and builders to assure that steel and other material used in construction projects exceeds the needs of technology and an abundance of creative new building works on a wider variety of projects than ever before. For example, structural engineers work with entertainment companies to design state of the art, amusement parks, rides that hurt patrons through twists and turns at otherwise unsafe speeds. Structural engineers work in the petroleum industry, developing innovative new off shores oil rigs in locations which were previously considered unstable. Final and finishing stage. Park boundary works Sewer Pipe layings Excavation for pipe layings and manholes Manholes and Gully Chambers cost cutting implemented several safety and excavation procedures for the smooth and risk free work environment 4) NAME OF THE ORGANISATION :Larsen and Toubro a) OBJECTIVE : This project is about the development of ecocity from Sector 5 and Sector 6 of New Chandigarh city located in Norther India. All the major Sector development providers in the country bided to undertake the project our technical and planning departments work together and calculate the tender amount and filled the tender. At last, when the tenders were open, our organization was selected as the preferred venders for the sectoral development of Ecocity. The project costs about 150 crores INR which included Road Work. Pipeline work and 30 km Road Work.
