Assessment 3: Report

 

You will be presented with a Case Study requiring your expert analysis of a budget scenario in a health service. You will utilise the theories you have learnt to assess financial implications of the situation, and make recommendations to improve the organisation’s financial position. Appropriate change management strategies could also be considered to assist the implementation of the recommendations.
