Students will be assessed on all the learning outcomes; from the evolution of HRM to the legal implications of termination. To achieve a Merit (M1, M2 and M3), students must make an effective understanding of relevant theories and techniques that must be applied on the subject matter and a range of sources of information must be used. To achieve a Distinction (D1, D2, and D3), effective judgments should be made and receptiveness to new ideas should be evident.
