Pedagogy is the instructional theory and this theory effectively develops the social-mediated construction. The principle of this theory is to gain learning experiences and as well as this principle helps to construct the interaction and this process assists to develop the learning activities (Prasojo et al., 2018, p.18). Vygotsky and Bruner’s theory complements the Piaget theory and Piaget’s theory highlights the need for learning activities and developmental planning. Bruner’s theory believes in the self-learn concept. Vygotsky’s theory highlights the direct instruction process with the application of social interaction theory. Promoting equality and valuing diversity in the teaching procedure and enhancing cultural awareness are the important factors. Offer decision-making power to the students in the area of the curriculum vitae helps to motivate the students and gather huge information. Promoting multiculturalism in the classroom is the innovative factor to maintain discipline and promote equality in the classroom. I think though the communication theories the teachers are able to understand the required transformation in the learning process and this theory allows the learners to gain knowledge and develop the learning practices.

Analyze the assessment of different theories and models

I think Carl Rogers’s theory helps in examining the performance of the learners and analyzing the different classroom management plans helps to enhance the learning practices and this innovative and strategic process helps to maintain a positive environment in the classroom. The application of Kolb’s reflective model helps in analyzing the importance of effective communication helps to enhance the practices and knowledge of the students. Behaviorism helps in developing and analyzing the required skills helps to encourage the learners to join in the progressive training and learning courses for better performance. According to my opinion, the help of constructivism helps me to make appropriate design assists to build the individual learning style effectively. This process emphasizes encouraging effective planning for maintaining a safe positive learning environment. The cognitive theory helps to develop the interaction with the instructor and this process helps to enhance the learning practices and avoid misconducting issues.
